Dakota
Let's see how many forum members shoot a Bear bow. I shoot a Fred Bear 43# Kodiak Magnum recurve. We can't let all the Hoyt owners have all the fun! :D:D Dakota

redkneck
SQ32, and it's a great shooter. I never put it through a chrono, but i put 2 does and an 8pt down with it last year, so that's good enough for me.

Adjam5
My 1st bow was a Bear whitetail hunter back in 1989. Plastic wheels and big heavy limbs, painted brass pins for sights! I still have it! I shot my 1st 3 deer with it using HUGE telephone pole sized aluminum arrows too:D. My how far we have come. Fred Bear was a pioneer in bow tech from the very beginning. redkneck
Man, who DIDN'T have a whitetail hunter? Wow, that was so long ago, it seemed like everyone i knew had one. My dad upgraded to a Bear Flare, and i got the hand-me-down, and upgraded from my little darton i killed my first deer with. One thing about it, life was simple. Just a few bows, a few broadheads, not much variety out there. Seemed like everyone shot wasp or sattelite, but i ordered mine from bass pro and they were rocky moutain. Life was good, and simple.
