NY911Bowhunter
Re: NY Round Up, 3D Target OK, here is what I plan on doing; Mind you, we should be finally closing on the house this week, hopefully on Thursday - so I will be starting vacation. That will give me Thursday and Friday off - 2 vacation days - I am off Sat, Sun, Mon, then I take another weeks vacation to get the house cleaned, painted, and moved in. I took 2 more Vaca days for Friday and Saturday for the Smackdown anyway - so this will end up being a nice 2 week stint! Anyhoo - Friday I plan on leaving my NEW home in Dover Plains and heading upstate around 9 - 10 am, which should get me there just after noonish. I can then help in anyway I can! I'll be stopping by WalMart on the way to get the vittles. As far as Jonny, I have to look at the map - see the difference in the route. That would be cool though! NY911Bowhunter
Re: NY Round Up, Packing I went out squirrel hunting last evening - with the bow!!!! I wrapped duct tape around my field tips. I whacked one aboput 40 feet up in a tree!!! IN THE HEAD! It was cool!

BuckNrut
Re: NY Round Up, bowhunting for squirrel Great shot 911. BTW, how did the arrow hold up? I bent one a couple of weeks ago on the 3D range - missed a bear at 40+ yds & hit a log.

NY911Bowhunter
Re: NY Round Up, Packing It was a Gold Tip 5575, and I usually end up blowing the nock out from the impact vibration - but this one was fine! I think the duct tape took the heat of the impact and just shhok it off! I looked at the duct tape tip and the squirrels tooth and some claws were imbedded into it! Cheaper than blunts!
