ever get frustrated with USPS?

I ordered a Garmin GPS for my truck last week off of Amazon.com. After my order was complete I received an email stating that I should expect my GPS to be delivered by the 24th. I know before anyone says it.....it's the 23rd.

However, here's my issue. I just checked the tracking on it via USPS.com and all it tells me is that they were notified electronically to expect my package. No expected delivery date, no "we have it in out possession", nothing.........

And to boot, it (the tracking thingy) states that USPS was notified (electronically) on the 20th. WT?????:mad::mad:

I guess Amazon took their lovely time too.:mad::mad:

Ok..........rants over.

Sure have had my issues with them at our post office. Got a check for $37,000+ one day. They put it in box 202 (mine) instead of box 220.

Good thing I'm an honest guy.:cool:

Thats not necessacarily a "bad" issue there Chris :D unless your the guy in 220 :D

I just ordered a deer painting and got it thru UPS, they updated the tracking process nicely, although it did seem to take a day or two longer to get here. And actually the UPS lady came at around 10:00 and brought me a package that wasn't it and then 15 minutes later the mail lady came and brought me the painting. I thought it was odd, but still got everything.

Well if it makes you feel any better I order a few items for my recurve from 3Rivers Archery last Thursday. 3 Rivers said it would be 7 days shipping and all I gave them was my P.O. box. It was in my box today so 4 days from Indiana and 3 days early ain't bad. ;)

They all make mistakes. I've had Fed Ex and UPS make mistakes before. Mistakes with the USPS just seems to happen more because at least I use it a whole lot more than Fed Ex and UPS. I once had UPS deliver a large package I ordered to the wrong address. The address on the package was correct but the driver apparently transposed the address numbers in his brain. After checking thier tracking they showed it delivered. After talking to them they didn't have a viable explanation but just said it was delivered. Fortunately for me the person that got it by mistake was honest and dropped it off at my house about 5 days after he got it.

I've also received a package from UPS before by mistake once. I delivered it to the correct address the next day.
