MossySNPR
Hey guys, just curious as to who shoots a remington 11-87 and what chokes tubes gave you the best results? I know that not all guns pattern the same, but I would like a place to start if I'm spending $50-70 per tube! Thanks Moss
Rhino
Well if money is not a big issue I really like Rhino chokes but last time I looked they were about $110. If $ is an issue...my next best choice would be a Primos Jellyhead. You'll sure get a lot of different answers here. The best thing to do is find some turkey hunting buddies that hunt with Remington shotguns and try their chokes through your 11-87. Make sure you try different loads though to see what your gun likes best.
WHISKEYSWAMP
I've used the primos jellyhead in my 1187 the last few years and it works well...

jesse8953
I just read in a issue of outdoorlife said remington has one of the best turkey chokes around.I have that choke in my 870[factory extra full turkey] and had 26 pellets in the head and neck at 50 yards.[winchester #5 3 1/2 inch] I am going to try some new federal shells with the special wad:D
michiganbowbender
I've used a Rhino and it was great but pricey. Two other excellent chokes are Indian Creek and PureGold. Jellyhead is a fine choke also, and it shouldn't strain the family budget too much.
