Darla's post about Randy feeling a bit better and back on the road led me to make this thread.

The pictures were taken before an early morning exhibition in Harrisburg.

Randy and Randy Sr. go through the routine before every show.

All of the balloons and lifesavers need to be set and the props and bows all have to be readied.

It is quite the show. There is absolutely no trickery involved.

As I witnessed on the day before, Randy had trouble with a couple of his trademark shots.

On this morning he practiced some and the show went without a hitch.

The crowd is a bit sparse because they had just opened the doors a half hour previous to the scheduled show.

None the less those that did witness the event were very appreciative of Randy's skills.

Last week in Indiana he was still pretty sick and had a hard time maintaining his strength and keeping his concentration.

The thing that struck me the most in talking to his father after that show is about how the crowd cheered for him knowing he was not at 100%.

He fought through hitting all of the targets even though a few were made after a couple of tries. I commend him for that effort. The show must go on...;)
