rookieee Posted March 5, 2009 Report Share Posted March 5, 2009 Like i posted on Wesd i had to let go of 10 good workers ,come to fine out two of them have there homes in forclosure and one of the girls is expecting in 7 month,i call my two sons and the acct and told them theres no way we can let this people go. To work out some type of deal ,but they been with us for 14,9,and 6 years and we would not let them down. so after a very long and at sometimes my blood presure going into afterburners we all came to and agreement of cutting our salarys and keeping them on and loan the two familys that there homes are in forclosure a years payment on there home loan after that only the Lord can help. This is the first I ever heard of an employer taking a pay cut to keep his employees. Way to go dude!! You know if the execs. and big wigs of all these companies and banks would do the same, they possibly wouldn't need all of this bailout money. But I don't see that happening. My employer kept up our health care for 6 months with us paying the normal in. That will be running out shortly. No one can figure out why.
