I just bought my first bow and I plan on killing a deer with the RAGE 2 blade broadhead (which i assemble as my day job) this upcoming season. I also assemble the RAGE 3 blade and the brand new 40 K.E. Broadhead as well as package them so that our guys in shipping can get them out to all of you! Lookin forward to gettin to know everybody! Can you describe exactly what the problem is? Are the blades bent? In any case, you should be able to punch the screw pin out, once that pin is out, the blades should just fall right out.
