Randyman
Re: Cabela\'s hard bound catalog! I got my first one early last Fall. It is a "special limited edition" whatever that means. Not sure how many different editions there are, or exactly how you make the mailing list, but i do know they have cashed more than a few of my checks! I got the 2004 fall edition hard bound book and now the spring 2005 edition. They should send me a free hard catalog for the $ I spend there. IowaDeerHunter
Re: Cabela\'s hard bound catalog! Never get one, and spend A LOT of money there! They say you have to spend so much money and stuff to get one, just what a lady told us that works at cabelas.

EKYhunter
Re: Cabela\'s hard bound catalog! I came home from work Thursday and had one at my door. Funny this is I had called Cabela's Wednesday night to find out why I hadn't received my Turkey catalog. I asked the representative how to get one of the hard bound catalogs. She told me I could order one for 10.00 but that those who received them were randomly selected by the computer. I thought it was funny that I got one the next day! Guest Rod
Re: Cabela\'s hard bound catalog! I get them too and I'm not sure why, since I really don't spend that much with Cabela's. A regular paper catalog is fine with me. I'd like to have the money it costs for them to produce and mail those things out.
ruttinbuc
Re: Cabela\'s hard bound catalog! Never got one, Don't spend enough money there or carry their credit card. There are better deals on a lot of things if you take the time to look. Those catalogs cost you a lot more than you think.
RyanH
Re: Cabela\'s hard bound catalog! Yup! You can call and order one for $9.95! not a bad deal! Bow Hunter Derek
Re: Cabela\'s hard bound catalog! I actually got one in the mail today. First time ever. I flipped through it. I've flipped through older ones and this one is no different. I'm not impressed with mine. It is typical of their larger catalogs. It only has about 2/3 of the stuff in it that their specialty catalogs have in them. It's no different then their stores. They never have the things I want/need. I always have to go to the smaller specialty catalogs. As an example, flip to the hunting section and hunting clothing section. Look for turkey hunting stuff. There isn't half the stuff in the large catalog that the actual turkey catalog has. Same with the stores. I still say, give me the turkey, archery, and waterfowl catalogs and that serves about 95% of my Cabela's catalog needs. The other 5% can be picked up on thier web site.
