johnf
A relative who runs a pawn shop gave me a great deal on this thing. It's a Glock `19 9mm, it's got an internal laser and the tactical light. I don't know how much it had been fired before I got it, but I put 100 rounds through it today and the only wear that's on the barrell or slide is what I put on it today. The whole set up cost me $375 including sales tax. Woo hoo!!!

m gardner
You can't beat that. Glocks last indefinitely and function no matter what. Good choice. Mark

johnf
sweet deal man,he have another one!! Nope, but I was about 3 hours too late to get a plane jane bushmaster with solid stock for $450. The price tag was $1200. A guy came in wanted to buy it but was told it was "spoken for" He pulled out $1400 and the gun is gone. Couldn't blame him on that. I would have sold it too. hoosierhunter
That is a heck of a deal, jus make sure it still has the serial number on it!!!
doubleA
Great buy on the Glock, cant beat that with a stick. The guy that bought the AR isnt the brightest person in the world, I just bought one new for a whole loss less than that. I have always had folks tell me what great buys they found at pawn shops which has got me thinking:confused: with the economy the way it is this might be the time to start going to check them out. The_Kat
That was a steal before the prices went up on handguns! I'm jealous!!!! Pawnshops here are just as high if not higher than a store on handguns.
Arkansas Boy
That was a steal before the prices went up on handguns! I'm jealous!!!! Pawnshops here are just as high if not higher than a store on handguns. my dad made a point to me at a yard sale where a guy had a couple guns way overpriced and I was like, man why would you buy that when you could go get a new one for same price. My dad was like felons and criminals will pay a premium to acquire guns and yard sales are the perfect venue. Sure pawnshops do some under the table sales too. hungry hunter
John, goood deeaal:D, Divorce sales are a good place to look along with pawn shops. A friend of mine in the Coast Guard just got a stainless Winchester in 300 mag with 200 rounds of ammo for $300.00 at a divorce sale. I can't get that lucky on a deal. johnf
My Glock was the product of a mad wife getting rid of the hubbies toy. Funny thing is, I pulled out the original paperwork for the gun and knew him. I went to high school with the guy, and he was a jerk. BTW we just got a G26 for my wife.
