bowhuntMN
ive basically narrowed it down to a drop away. ive been looking at the QAD Ultra-Rest Pro Lockdown and was wondering what you've heard about it or if anyone has used it before. ive also thought about the Ripcord but havent heard too many good things about it. if you can give me anything about the two rests listed before or about another rest you guys like that'd be great. thanks! Gator
They are basically the same, but the QAD will lock in the up position, and stay locked until you actually release the arrow. If you draw and let down, it won't fall like all the other rests out there. I have been debating on whether I won't to go to it or stay with my TT. ohiobuckhunter
have you ever looked at the hostage rest? it is not a drop away but it is a great rest i was always having problems with my arrows falling out of the drop away rest and i hated what the w/b did to my fletchings just something to look at before you pick one
bowhuntMN
ya i use the hostage rest right now and dont like how the brushes wear out so fast. i hate having to rotate them around all the time and constantly buy new ones
Tom2008
I had one and am selling it now. Its not working well with my bow, but I know lots of people who do have one and they love them. I'm selling mine on Ebay right now if you want to take a look. Its only at $40 and its pretty much brand new.
