Stickslinger
I can't remember the name but it is the new push button call from Hunters Specialities, made of plastic and waterproof. Has anyone used that call yet? Any comments? Any comments on other push button type calls that are waterproof? I usually use the "Freak" call made by Primos, along with some other friction calls along with mouth calls. I'm looking for something that I can use with one hand. bluelund79
Bought the gobbler grenade from them, it doesn't sound too bad after tuning, and it mounts to the gun nice. Haven't used it on a hunt yet, but can't wait to try it...They claim it is waterproof, but we'll have to see...

Stickslinger
Longbeard, did you try one that was not in its package? I haven't been able to try one that was not in the packaging, I've tried at least a dozen different ones in the original package and everyone of them sounded different, some better than others. I wish I could try one out of the package and see how much tuning they need. Gander Mountain used to have several opened calls for you to try before you buy but I guess that got a little pricey for them, last time I was there I asked the man working in that area if we could get one out of the package and try it and he told me that they don't allow that unless you buy the call. I guess I could buy one and if I don't like it I could return it.
bluelund79
There is not alot of tuning required. Its a small dial at the end of the push button. Simple push in and turn until it sounds turkey to you. Took all of 10 seconds to get it done...
