Randy
I've been a smoker for more than half of my life. I quit a few years back and made it a whole year before I decided I was getting too fat and started up again. So, tonight before I go to bed I'm throwing away whatever I have left away, and when I wake up in the morning I will officially be a non-smoker. Wish me luck! HCO Team
The best of luck to you!! If you need any moral support we are here for you! I smoked up to 3 packs a day over 7 years ago, quit cold turkey, one of the hardest things I have ever done. You'll be able to do it, because you want to do it! ruttinbuc
Heading on 8 years for me or is it 9? I quit cold turkey after almost spitting out a lung. 2 1/2 pks of Marlboro reds a day. The roughest two weeks of my life, but I never looked back. I really wanted to quit and I did. You can do it too Randy if you really want to. The weight gain can be dealt with, too! Good luck!
