Adjam5
I am really glad you tried it and liked it. I have to try Gator one day. Is it like meat or a fish type texture? How do you cook it? Did you use it as a marinade or dipping suace? I had some Mr.Yoshidas myself this weekend up at our deer camp. My neighbor from down the road always smells my BBQ and pays me a visit when the wafting smell is in the air. Here is some Axis meat waiting to get grilled, apple tree trimmings for my primitive smoking:D and a adult beverage;). Thought of you when I took this pic. Get some Mr Yoshidas folks...it is good stuff;).
rookieee
Anthony i had it in the refrig for about a day and then BBQ it was really great ,the meat is white and the texture of the meat is abit like beef if you ever had frog legs the taste is very close to it

RangerClay
I looked all over for Mr. Yamimoto's sauce last weekend but I couldn't find it. I have a couple more stores to try that have better selections. Is this found in the bbq sauce section or the oriental section? As for gator meat, that stuff is awesome. I had it deep fried in the great state of Texas. I would say that it is similar to frog legs.

Adjam5
You guys are too much:D. Joe, my wife usually buys it at Costco in double shrink wrapped 63 oz bottles, but I believe it is available at Sams club also. The Cracked Pepper and garlic one Frank suggested is also killer on Chicken. Enjoy!

Adjam5
How was that Realtree BBQ sauce??? We had the Realtree Hot BBQ sauce on chicken wings for Saturdays lunch and there were no survivors. http://www.realtree.com/store/home-and-cabin/team-realtree-3-pk-bbq-sauce.html Not a wing was left. I think it could have been hotter, but that is just my taste. So I put some Franks Hot sauce on it:p. I like HOT wings and I'm not talking temperature:D. It had a good taste and was a bit different from what is out there for wing sauce. I'd use it again. The kids liked it. We still have the marinade and the sweet sauce. Reviews on those coming soon! wtnhunt
Our sams club did not have Mr Yoshida's. Looked all over the store this morning, guess I will have to check some other stores.
