Any local carrier should be able to help you. We always have to sign a "terrorism waiver" these days (I dont think bin laden is going to target us at our camp). Costs vary based on several factors, acreage, number of hunters, drowning hazards (lakes, ponds, rivers, etc), and of course the structures you want covered. We're paying just under $1,000 yearly for general aggregate of $2,000,000. Fire protection covers 50K. This is for 10 members on 1,500 acres.

the one actually all you need to do is buy whats called a personal umbrella. You are required to carry minimum limits on your homeowners which is usually 300k but you will have to check. This will only cover if your sued by a hunter injuring themselves. Also I would have ANY hunter sign a hold harmless agreement meaning that no matter what happens he can't sue you. This would go a long way in court. Let me know if you have anymore questions and I sell insurance. I can't sell you what you want to buy, but I can answer questions for you.

This could go both ways....

if you want you can take the cheap way out, and have a local attorney draw up a contract that states so and so is not liable for any bla bla bla and have all hunting party's who have permission to hunt that specific ground sign it. That will cover your butt if you are the property owner...

just a suggestion...im not a lawyer but thats what i have had to do in the past
