skooba
I am going to get a new pair of boots before the opening day and was wanting to know what is some of your favorite non insulated hunting boots? Rubber or leather?
Rem308
For non insulated boots, just make sure they're very comfortable. I have a pair that I wear, they're Irish Setter boots and they're light, waterproof, and very comfortable. You will need that because when you're 'running and gunning' the last thing you need is sore feet.
Covehnter
For knee high rubber, very comfortable boots that also happen to be snake proof and slip on- Woody Armors by the Muck boot company. For just good walkin' boots- Danner Pronghorns.
maytom
Knee high LaCrosse Burly boots. I hate getting wet feet or pant legs for that matter while spring turkey hunting. Your always crossing large fields with early morning dew or crossing many creeks or swamps while in the woods. LaCrosse rubber boots always worked for me.
