Dakota
South Dakota archery antelope (not mine, I can't hit a thing past 40 yards )! I'm debating whether or not I want to do this the last half of August, that's when our bow season starts, as well as decide whether or not I want to hunt cow elk or rifle antelope in October. jesse8953
:eek:WOW:eek: Some of the pros could learn a thing or two from that kid.I wouldn't have tried it.
The Kid
I wouldn't have tried it. me neither if the wind blows the arrow two more inches and pushes that arrow to where it hits him in that shoulder theres a good chance that he wounds that animal,, good shot non the less but i couldn't ethicaly kill an animal at 80 yards?? mike13candace
Good to 45-yards.....working on long shots due to hunting on the ground in Texas... very few trees to hang a stand..
Adjam5
Good shot no doubt, but too much can go wrong with the wind at that arrow distance.
pointing_dogs_rule
I agree.... too much error room. I often wonder if these people would post such a shot if the arrow "DID NOT HIT THE LUNGS". If you posty the good shots at 80 then post the bad shots as well. good luck to all the dog
layin on the smackdown
Wow....Thats a poke for sure...I've practiced at 80 yds, but i don't think i could ever lob one at a live animal (other than a yote) that far away...too much room for error... Congrats to that young man either way! Very impressive!
