sureshot Posted February 6, 2005 Report Share Posted February 6, 2005 I went to a ranchers today while coyote huntign and they asked if Is een pics of the new world record typ white, I said no and they showed me a printed pic of it, it was supposed shot at carlile sask and scores 232,its a massive 7 by 7 with tall tines and monster mass,theya re e-mailin me pics beginning of next week,its funney never heard anyhtign about it before if its true! they said the guy that sent them the pics knows the guy who shot it! What I find hard to believe is no one is talking about it and its allready mounted kind of quick for taxedermists around here this early after the season!just wonderign if anyone has heard of it,I just gave Mylo a e-mail to see if he has heard of it, I will keep you all posted what I find out! I could be wrong......but......I have to think there is no way in the world that a world record typical whitetail could be kept quiet for that long, our season ended 2 months ago. I'm going to have to say that I am skeptical, in fact doubtful. I could be wrong, if there is a place to produce another world record it is Saskatchewan but count me in on the doubter list. Does anyone remember the white- tail mount that was in Hunter's in North Battleford before it burned? I used to look at thing and think how impossibly huge it was. Does anyone know the story on it?
