Re: Tunning your bow????

Personally I owuld find a new rest or check all the screws and do dads on the one you have now. I honestly can't tell you the number of shots I have through my High Country, but I am willing to bet it's in the 4 digit range, and never once have I had to adjust the rest or resight anything. It still hits the same exact spots as the day I sighted her in.

Yup if it's a new bow I would guarantee its' string creep. Before you think your accessories are off check your bow specs; axle to axle, brace height and cam timing.

If those are still in spec then start looking at your accessories.

Just about any new string will creep. Some more than others. If it's a factory string you'll rpobably need 400-500 shots through it before it settles in.

Oh Sure you can tune a bow but can you tune a fish????LOL

Honestly, I'm tweaking my bow on a regular basis when I'm shootng it so I really dont know how often it would take if I left it alone......Speaking of leaving it alone....(which is exactly what I've been doing lately)...I need to get outside and shoot more.
