Shaun_300
White moose are pretty rare! I've never seen one personally. One of my co-workers was saying just last week that his brother used to work up in northern Ontario on the rail line and found one that had just got hit by a train. He picked it up and got a shoulder mount in a glass case. Hopefully I'll get to see it someday.

aksheephuntress
...I've heard of them...-never seen one, or even a picture of one... -great pictures! -I wonder if they have an advantage over predators in the snow... -and, hey , Shaun...-that would be neat to get to see a pic of that one moose you were talking about when it is mounted, whenever you're able to get to see it... silvertip_co
Not long ago I was watching a moose hunt vid on the OC, from ne Canada I think it was, and two white moose crossed road in front of the vehicle and cameraman. Looked like a mom and yearling. Was pretty cool to see two together.
scottb
There a big old cow with a white calf that has been haning out around Columbia Falls, Mt. It's not a true albino though because it does have dark eyes. but it is cool none the less.
