buckee
A couple of weeks ago, I decided to see if I could train Polly (our dog) to close the door behind herself, when she comes back in the house, to save me a trip to the door. I can't believe how smart this little seetheart of a dog is. She picked it up really quick. Here she is, in the first couple of days. She's slammin the doors now. She's amazing :D

buckee
That's pretty cool Sherm. Who opens the door? We leave the door ajar when she's out, so she can let herself back in, but we do the initial door opening. I haven't taught her to jump up and grab the door knob ..YET :D:D:rolleyes:

I haven't taught her to jump up and grab the door knob ..YET :D:D:rolleyes: My black lab, Connie, will try and unlock the front door and let me in if I can't get in. She hasn't accomplished that yet, however, I wouldn't put it past her considering she can turn the TV and computers off! That is just too cool, Steve!
