OJR Posted April 4, 2009 Report Share Posted April 4, 2009 A guy I know was arrested and had 5 charges brought against him last Oct. He plead not guilty to all 5. 3 of which were dropped and he went on trial on the other 2. Thursday, the game warden and deputy testified. Both of them LIED on the stand. Friday morning, the defense asked that the case be dismissed. The judge dropped one of the charges but the other one went forward. After more testimony, the jury found him innocent on the last charge. I cannot believe how those 2 officers conducted themselves during the arrest and on the stand. Both of them have EGO's the size of boxcar! As a result of the acquittal, there is going to a massive civil suit coming down the road. I hope he sues both the game warden, deputy sheriff, the sheriff's office, the county, Fish & Game and the state of Washington! These 2 guys are crazy! I have talked to a bunch of people today and these two guys have been getting away with this crap for a couple of years now and the people have been scared to do anything about it.
