WIwhitetailhunter
For what it's worth... I sat in on Greg Miller's seminar @ the WI Deer and Turkey Expo last week. Listening to him and then talking to him after he said that South Dakota, Kentucky, Indiana (and one other that's escaping me at the moment) were places he was looking at for this year. He pointed out price for a tag was a big determining factor. It's within most peoples price range and you can by tags over the counter. He pointed out that they were having no problems finding land to hunt either. They just had to knock on a few doors. He said that who he was wan't an issue either as no one recognized him or the others. He said that Iowa was most likely out as they increased the price of their nonresident tags quite a bit. Might be worth looking into.
WIwhitetailhunter
Just received an email from Jake Miller. The four states him and his dad are looking at are South Dakota, Indiana, Kentucky, and Nebraska.
