WIwhitetailhunter
Did anyone go? I just got home. All I can say is if I had to pay to get in, I wouldn't go(hunter ed instructors get in for nothing). There is nowhere near as many "freebies" as there used to be. A ton of outfitters. Might not be bad if I was in the market for a hunt. I was kinda disappointed. I didn't come across any "new gadgets" that I just had to have. On the plus side...I was able to talk to the guys manning the booth for Red Dirt Boar Ranch. They were able to fill me in on some things for my upcoming October hunt with them. I also got to hang with my buddy, Greg Miller. I sat in on his seminar. He is going to have some great footage for the upcoming shows on PursuitTV!! After the seminar I sat in the booth with him and talked "whitetail" for a short while. I'm hoping I've got him talked into hunting Adams County, WI in the future. I told him all he needs is to show up! (now if I can only get the deer to show up at the same time)
Dakota
lol Sounds a heckuva lot like the Sioux Empire Sportsman's Show here in SD. I know we had one of our Wisconsin Pro Staffers there, but haven't heard how it went. Dakota
Chrud
You should check out the Wisconsin Deer Classic and Hunting Expo in Green Bay. That is a very good show. Greg Miller is very cool. I talked with him a bit at the Green Bay show this year. He is very easy to talk to. His seminars are excellent too.
