Steven
Just one of the many stupid ideas I have on an aveage day. Got this idea while watching Howie Long's Tough Guys. I wasreally surprised to see that Carolina's Mussain Muhammad is a bow hunter. I guess that name doesn't really scream 'archery'. Let's try to field a team of NFL players that we know are hunters. Just to be reasonable, let's keep it to players within the last 10 years. I'll start, because, well, it's my thread. The obvious- Brett Favre- QB- Green Bay Mussain Muhammad- WR- Carolina Jay Novacech- TE- Dallas And...... GO!!

mainebuck
Re: The All-Realtree NFL Team if you were making this professional sports in general I'd say Mike Timlin from the Boston Red Sox. He's a big bowhunter.

texastrophies
Re: The All-Realtree NFL Team Ok, if we are going to add baseball, there are a few I can think of. Nolan Ryan, the coach of the Milwalkee Brewers (I think he has been on some RT videos) Chipper Jones, Jeff Kent, there are a couple of more, but I can't think of them right now. Getting off of sports, but still semi-famous, George Strait has a large ranch in South Texas and has won some big buck contest.

[/ QUOTE ] Ned Yost. Chipper has a ranch in Montana, right next to teammate Mike Hampton, as does Ted Turner. (His is pretty sweat) Tim Hudson hunts, Larry Walker, good ol' Will Clark, Greg Olson, Charlie Obrian, the list goes on...........
