jesse8953
I had back surgery in January. Thinking about buying a gobbler lounger so I can be comfortable. Do they work:confused: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/common/product/popupzoom.jsp?company=cabelasℑ=s7_517165_renderset_01&inStockColor=856,999&displayName=Cabelas Seclusion 3D® Gobbler Lounger&tProdID=0036277517165a
redkneck
That looks like a comfy and portable chair. If you got back pain, i'd say get it! Dont know how many times my legs and butt has gone to sleep laying against a tree waiting and waiting. Looks like a good idea, low enough to get a rest on your legs too. johnf
That thing looks great. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?id=0036277517165a&navCount=1&podId=0036277&parentId=cat602420&masterpathid=&navAction=jump&cmCat=MainCatcat20712-cat602420&catalogCode=IK&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat602420&hasJS=true Here's a link with the price. $29 is a little steep to me for a chair, but man, I bet it would be comfortable. In the right place that would be better than a climbing stand for deer hunting. Edited April 14, 2009 by johnf
jesse8953
I am going to Cabelas on sunday to sign up a friend for the cabelas club card.I get $20 cabelas cash for every person I sign up {up to 5 people}. Flintlock1776
I got this instead: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0037688932642a&type=product&cmCat=SEARCHFEAT_all&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&Ntk=Products&QueryText=turkey+vest&sort=all&_D%3AhasJS=+&N=0&Nty=1&hasJS=true&_DARGS=%2Fcabelas%2Fen%2Fcommon%2Fsearch%2Fsearch-box.jsp.form23&_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1 Good protection for you back & butt! I always found those chairs and such tend to dig in/sink into the ground
johnf
That's a nice vest Flintlock. I think I would like the back support on the chair. I could see how it would sink on wet ground though.
wtnhunt
Looks like a fairly comfortable chair, more comfortable than the hs strut seat I am using this year pictured below. At $20 that is not a bad deal, gave $14 I think for the hs strut seat.
Flintlock1776
Well, if you still want a chair due to your back, and could brush in your spot well, this may actually work (just spary some if it black or a camo pattern): http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/item-link.jsp_A&_DAV=cat21404_ntw8&id=0069240519375a&navCount=0&podId=0069240&parentId=cat602224&masterpathid=&navAction=push&catalogCode=OG&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat601233&hasJS=true
jcwa
I bought one 2 years ago and love it. You don't have to worry about finding a tree to lean against or in my case cactus to sit on. It's easy to carry and setup.
