huntinmomma4
And I still have no clothes. My husband is convienced that I will be fine in his, I just would rather wear my own. I went to both Cabellas and to Bass Pro today and they neither one had anything for women. Cabellas doesnt even carry anything for spring for women. And Bass Pro only had very heavy gear for deer season. I hate to say it but I was very disappointed. I still cant find anything. I dont want to buy a whole lot of stuff, especially since this is my first time. I even resorted to ebay and they didnt have much either. What a buzz kill.. NiteRunner
There's not much of a selection for women. I get by on Men's small and medium, but even those sizes are hard to find. I've actually resorted to taking scissors to my clothes and then sewing them back together. It Works as long as you don't mind taking the time to do it and possibly making mistakes. Try Gander Mountain if you have one. Actually you can order from their Website now - www.gandermountain.com - They do carry some She Safari, and other light camo items. PotashRLS
Do like we did with the kids hunting..............layer your warm clothes underneath and buy a thinner outer camo layer that will get you by till you can find the stuff you like. Turkeygirl
I just resort to wearing men's...usually small or medium...women's stuff is higher $ I think than men's anyway....doesn't make a difference to me as long as I'm out hunting! cinch314
Try going to www.phantompredator.com. They have scent lok clothing for sale for real cheap. I also just wear men's. Gives me more room to breath in.
*Camo_Girl*
I usually just have to go with men's small or medium or kids' really big sizes. Not much else there is for women really.
aksheephuntress
.....what's wrong with hunting with no clothes?? -just kidding..... -I wore military surplus for years...-until I gradually bought hunting attire, piece by piece.....maybe you can find military surplus for your small size- ...I still don't seem to match, though... -looking forward to following your hunt, when it gets here
Alisha
I feel your pain! The only women's camo I own are my waders for duck hunting. Everything else is men's size medium and then it's still not quite comfy seeing as how they are made for men and have no HIP ROOM. The two things that I have most trouble with is the length of the inseam being WAY too long, and the arm room is double or triple too big and when I shoulder my gun, all the extra material gets in the way. The only place I've noticed selling women's camo in their store is Gander Mountain, like Ruth said. Major bummer! Let us know what you find!
