hutchies
Medium rare but depending on the cook sometimes I have to call it rare because too many people overcook it.
clrj3514
i like it medium but sometimes i have to get medium well
RangerClay
If you are talking about beef, I vote none of the above. I cannot stand the taste of steriod, hormone, bfad injected dead cow. But I like my venison medium well.

MCH
A little bit of heat on both sides and I'm good to go. The best steak sauce ever made is the juice off a rare/medium rare steak.

I like mine a little brown on the outside, little pink then a strip of red in the middle. Thanks Will, now I'm hungry. :D

OJR
Medium! We have buffalo most of the time and it has to be done "slow and low", otherwise it will get tough on you! I did some T-bones the other night on the grill and they were "medium" and great!

Strut10
I checked "rare". But that's too well done fore me. Lead the thing out with a blindfold & gimme a knife. It should jump when I cut it. I always tell the waiter at a restaraunt to "bring it to me as rare as you're allowed". Cooking is just the process of removing flavor from meat.
