redkneck Posted April 21, 2009 Report Share Posted April 21, 2009 Got to go medium rare. Just give it a couple of flips on the grill and I'm good to go! One exception. If I'm out with mixed company for dinner (esp ppl i dont know all that well) I'll go to medium well, just because i know some folks are pretty turned off by blood dripping off the meat, so i keep that in mind.
