Leo
It's awesome! Using Peanut oil is preferred. (Also can be dangerous as heck if you're not careful!) Only complaint is that it doesn't seem to hold it's flavor very long after you cook it. Leftovers loose their appeal pretty quickly. Not because you get bored with eating it but for some reason it starts to taste different very quickly. Don't know why but it's similar to freshly cooked french fries tasting great and cold ones being reheated are not so good.
HUNTINGMAN
Did you cook the whole bird at one time,or did you cut the breats into strips or cubes and cook it like this,in smaller peices.I cooked my first one whole, now I cut the breast into strips and deep fry it like this and I enjoy it much more,as does everyone else who eats it when I fix it. hungry hunter
Quick recipe for fried turkey, inject a mixture of mandrin orange juice, coconut rum (little), bbq sause, banana rum (little) and slowly place the bird down into the hot peanut oil, still good after it cools and the breast does not dry out. I think it is the citrus that does it. Oh HM, smoked is awsome also:D.
