Dawg
Ok, I'll try to explain it the best I can....................... Snow, ice crystals with six sides that form around dust or other small particulates in the atmosphere when water vapor condenses at temperatures below the freezing point. Snow forms in clouds and falls as precipitation. Partly melted crystals usually cling together to form snowflakes, which may in rare cases grow in size up to 7 to 10 cm (3 to 4 in) in diameter. Snow typically occurs during cold seasons or at high altitudes. It plays an important role in storing fresh water in snowpack and glaciers. In parts of the world that experience very cold winters, snow is common. Heavy snowfall may interfere with transportation and other human activities. Severe snowstorms with high winds are called blizzards. There ya go....that's why it's snowing..............:D:D:D

Alisha
I don't know, but it was in the low 70's yesterday and tomorrow night it's supposed to get down to 37 degrees and SNOW! I'm praying the forecast changes because I have lots of flowers well on their way already and am dreading covering them all up if I must. It will for sure get our HUGE lilac that's on the verge of blooming. Very disappointing. This will make 3 years that frost/snow has gotten it.
