western NY bowhunter
This will be my second season using a IC BDS choke. They're a little on the pricey side, but well worth the investment IMHO. I had pretty good luck with it last season and hope to introduce a couple more longbeards to it during next weeks opener.... What kind of gun / brand of shell are you using? Edited April 22, 2009 by western NY bowhunter
BAMABUCKS
I have been thinking about picking one up. How much did it improve your pattern over your previous choke/shell combo? Did you have to changes shell brand/shot size to get the pattern you were wanting?
gregbrownlee
I use one and have had really good results. I shoot 3" heavy13 #6's in the 1 5/8 oz shot and have killed 2 birds with them (well, 1 for me and 1 for my brother using my gun). With this combo, I put 209 pellets in a 10" circle at 40 yards... EKYhunter
They are some awesome chokes huntinguide. I currently use one in my 20 gauge Encore and my buddy uses one in his 870 supermag. They are worth every penny. You can contact Indian Creek and they will recommend a specific constriction for your gun.
