What kind does everyone wear? Lately I've been thinkin about buying a nice pair. I noticed I can order custom Oakleys for not too much more than a lot of other shades. I've never bought any expensive sunglasses before though. What do you guys like/ don't like? I'll be wearing them mostly for driving and when I'm on my bike, the glare is real bad through the facemask on my helmet.

I don't wear 'em now, but take a gander at the WileyX shades. Tough as nails, and I think some of 'em look pretty cool too. They're made for Combat, bikers, sports, anything active and extreme. If I can convince myself that it's worth my money, I'm gonna get a pair of prescription WileyXs.

Cheap sunglasses make my head ache. I used to think I just couldn't wear sunglasses because of this.

Then my wife got me a pair of Costa Del Mar's. I was not happy to have an expensive pair of sunglasses that I couldn't wear anyhow. But to humor her I wore them with her at the beach anyway. No headache! Big difference! These glasses are worth it.

I have Costa Del Mar and Ray Bans, we have a Pharmacy here that is known as the Sunglass Discount Center for the South East. Fowler's Drugs in Greenville, SC. I got both my Ray Bans and my Costa Del Mars there for less than $50.00 each and these are not seconds or knock-offs, come with full warranty, etc.

all costas have a warranty....

i just got a pair from them (costa del mar) and the price depends on the lens you order...not to say that the price sounds off... but you may want to check it..true costas will have a small mark on the outside of the lens..right eye close to the top...it will tell you the lens number...

if you get the 400 or 580 glass lenses you will expect to pay $150. for the 400 and $250 for the 580

i never owned an expensive pair of sunglasses till i used my buddys one day on the water.. there is a difference...

i got the 580 in blue mirror and they are worth every penny...

i know some will say that they are over priced but....just my oppinion

I tried wearing a pair i bought last summer, but after reviewing the photos of me with them on, i decided i should no longer wear them...My melon is entirely too big...

Did you have some of them "blue blockers" they used to advertise on TV dan? heheeee

I like my polarized Oakleys and will be the first to admit they are all overpriced, but when I put them on, I feel no weight and they're great for fishing.
