BuckNrut Posted April 23, 2009 Report Share Posted April 23, 2009 Last summer I sent my daughter off to DEC camp where I got a chance to meet a famous Realtree Member! I uploaded the photo, but then forgot to post the pic! Then, we took a family vacation before school started up. I call this photo "sunset on the St. Lawrence". Took in an orphaned kit... don't think he made it though:( I'm finishing up my second full semester in the Radiology program - here I am at clinic with my instructor... Can't wait for the semester to be over - just 3 more weeks plus exams... I need to get out of here before Ruth beats me over the head with a frying pan or something! I remember taking care of a couple orphaned chipmunks when I was younger, they were tiny! they'd drink milk out of an eyedropper while holding their little paws up and holding onto the end of it, it was too cute. I remember taking care of a couple orphaned chipmunks when I was younger, they were tiny! they'd drink milk out of an eyedropper while holding their little paws up and holding onto the end of it, it was too cute. We rescued a little bunny when the nest was run over by a lawn mower and kept it for 3+ months. Amanda loved the camp experience - she even got her hunter safety course there. This year she will be returning, and her brother will be going for the first time. We just got confirmations last week... Another chance to meet Nurse Ruth! Joe, looks like I'll get a chance at redemption. Did not know your were so close. Besides, my car busted down the week before just around the corner from "Hill Top Hunter" (at the other hunting forum site), and did he notice? Nooooo. Bucky, Shhh!
