The_Kat
Tominator cooked me something similar to this when I was in Ohio visiting him, and it was so good I wanted to try it myself. So after some pointers from him the other day I went at it. Wouldn't ya know it turned at really good. I was pleased, especially for it being my first time to use a wok. Heres some pics of the action, and the final result! Browning the pork. Adding a lil soy sauce to the veggies..... Master chef at work..... The finished project....I call it the tominator specialty. Tominator
I approve. Next time, marinate the pork overnight and it will be better.
92xj
Looks great. The "adding soy sauce pic" is awesome, took me a minutre to figure out what was on the stove by the white tub but its the soy suace coming out of the bottle, pretty cool that the bride(I'm assuming) got that. Also is that Tony's greek seasoning I see on the left hand side of the stove? If so you are a very smart man. I mix that stuff in with all my dry rubs. It is phenomenal.
