sskybnd
im glad there wasnt more injuries then there was, and that no one was killed, and that the one that got his back broke is not going to be paralized for life. maybe god just wanted to see his favorite team parctice j/k
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
and that the one that got his back broke is not going to be paralized for life. Word on ESPN is that he is permanently paralyzed from the waist down. Pretty crazy...could you imagine how many more injuries there would have been if the entire team had been in there. muggs
Terrible event. I've never heard of that type of wind (can't remember the term they use for it right now- microwind or something??). Is that common in Texas? Amazing it could cause such a huge building to collaspe like that. I wish that assistant all the best. Very sad news to hear he ended up being paralyzed. They call it Microburst Its is similar to windshear. A Microburst-induced wind shear is what brought down Delta Flight 191 in 1985 at DFW airport and killed 131.. That is about 5 miles from this facility..
