RangerClay
I'm from the old school of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Same here, I like what I have. I would like to try the Alphamax sometime to see what all the hype is about.
jm23494
Every time I see an Alphamax there is a puddle of drool on the ground. Broke my heart when I stopped at the bow shop and they had a bow with my draw length and weight for sale.
fly
I too would have to shoot several. The Alphamax looks great, but the price is way up there and money is always something to consider. Currently just from what I've read Diamond's Black Ice is the one I'd pick.
TREESTANDSNYPER
Don't need to look any more, I already got the 1 I wanted... Mathews reezen 7.0, Game Over!!!
snapper
After shooting the Monster...I had a good Reezen to shoot something else. Shot the Reezen 7.0 and Alphamax 32...ended up buying the Hoyt Alphamax 32 "Bonecollector".
tedicast
I shoot Mathews for my local shop. I could have gotten a deal on any bow in their line-up. The Monsters, and the Reezens are definitely faster then my LD's, but the speed wasn't enough to make me give them up. The 2 bows that I am most impressed with this year are the Hoyt AlphaMax 35, and the PSE X-force 7. for a speed bow, the draw cycle on the X, blows away the Monster or the reezen. The AM35 may be the absolute best shooting bow I have ever shot, and it isn't a slouch in the speed department. I wouldn't mind having either of those bows in my arsenal. but then, what would I do with all my Mathews clothing...lol
Rhino
I love the Guardian...............No reason to switch Rhino. It is a great shooting bow. Fast, Quiet, and very little hand shock Yep...you're right hutchies. I'm not interested in switching until I have to drop down to a lot lesser draw weight or it's broke...whichever occurs 1st.
