Missed160
What is your favorite way to cook Wild Turkey?
Strut10
Grilled turkey breat fillets. Remove the breast fillets and soak them in saltwater in the fridge over night. Clean all the inedidle stuff off, pat them dry and brush with olive oil. Coat them with your favorite dry seasoning (I like garlic pepper) and grill them on low heat (I crank the grill clear up when pre-heating then back it off to "low" for the actual cooking time) for 20-30 minutes, flipping them every 5 minutes or so. Dandy.
pointing_dogs_rule
Take the breast and slice it so that you have 3/4 inch slices. If the slices and more than 1 inch thick then slice them on end so that they are only 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick. In the end the slices should be about 1/2 inch thick, 3/4 inches wide and as long as a piece of bacon. Marinate over night in "KC MASTERPIECE - MESQUITE". Place one piece of bacon on the strip and roll. Stab a toothpick thru to hold together and then grill 20 -25 minutes on medium heat. I have also found that it works great in a "convection oven - 25 minutes at 325". NOTE: Bacon should end up on the OUTSIDE of the roll. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck to all the dog
