Buckhunter76
they are bad, lol. They make a good cut, don't have to worry bout them being machanical, cause they don't deflect, well at least not on me.
hungry hunter
I heard there good, but I will stick to Muzzy MX-4:D
Buckhunter76
muzzy is a great broadhead also, i've seen some impressive kills with those as well. I even used to use thunderheads 3 blade, they are cheap, but good.
Tominator
[/url] Yep, I've heard of them.
SaskSniper
I used the 2 blade Rage's on my bear, was veryyyy impressed with them! He only went 40 yards. With that 2" diameter cut its like a sword haha. My uncle is switching over to them after seeing what it did to my bear.

hunter109
well i had buckhunter76 switch to the rage after he seen the hole in one when it ran right by him well they are good and yes i like to have alot of blood that means they wont go to far at all even if you get a bad hit on one
Slash
I work assembling the RAGE broadheads and after viewing the destruction they can do on YouTube I decided I would try them out for myself. The RAGE 2 blade actually has a 2.5" cutting diameter as the blades expand out, then once in place they continue to cut at 2" With such a big cutting surface what it does is expands your kill zone, you have a better chance of hitting the vitals and that my friends, is a great thing. Some poeple mistake the 3 blade for a bigger broadhead when the cutting diameter is actually only 1.5" What happened to you Buckhunter76? Tom2008
All I have to say is deer went less than 30 yards and died in 3 seconds. I'm going to have to say they work. Best mechanical I've ever tested.
RangerClay
I will be the lone decentor. I bought some Rage 2 blades and I sold them. I didn't like the fact that they are hard to remove from the quiver without them deploying. Also when I sat in my ground blind, if I so much as tapped the arrow, they deployed. You have to treat them like egg shells. To much uncertainty for me. I traded the Rages in for the Epek XC-3. So far I am MUCH happier with these broadheads. I am not a fan either. Here is why............http://www.realtree.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63078&highlight=Rage I personally feel the head did not open. I have shot deer since this doe with very similar circumstances and they were dead within 50 yards and laid down awesome blood trails. I still have the other two heads because I won't sell them for fear it may happen to someone else. I should not have gone away from the Reapers!!! PotashRLS
If you won't sell them, will you give them? Good question, but with the going price for those darn things, I could sell them and buy myself another pack of Grim Reapers or a whole bunch of replacement blades for the ones that have previously Reaped:p

I always check any bhead right before I load it on the rest. Mine always get loose, but I just snug them back into place. Out of 12 deer, no issues yet with them! Best bhead ever in my book.. No knocking muzzy and others out there.. they all work if you hit the spot right. its normally 80% shot placement 20% bhead style/design(if that)
Buckhunter76
im still here, just been pretty busy, lol, ive never had them deploy, only if the rubberbands were bad, i was afraid of the different angles of shooting, but so far so good, never had one deflect
Buckhunter76
i believe sometimes its either the shooter, or shot placement, lol, but hey it could be your bow being picky, lmao, but either or im not knocking none, because it might be the bow speed, arrow length, it could be alot of factors, all i know is they work for me, and they do leave a **** of a blood trail, not i that i need one 99.9% of the time, cause i usaully geta double lung shot, kills them everytime, and quick

ruttinbuc
The Rage should not set you up to take STUPID shots. All you hear is the damage it does no matter where it hits. There is no excuse not to be proficient and ethical with your shooting.

Just because the "pros" take them, doesn't make them ethical. 'Course, that's just MHO.
