HuntnMa
I put Bluebird boxes out at work and this year was the first year I actually had BB's using them, what an experience recording the data of the boxes and the progress of the babies. We lost one nest to predidation and one box the babies just died, don't know why, then the ants found em.Overall we had a bunch of babies make it. here's my favorite pic

buckee
Sweet little things. I hope you can get more pictures as they grow, and of the parents. We don't get bluebirds up in this part of the woods. Very nice. Ya gotta love spring..eh:D:cool:
KirkV
Yeah I had one box get nested in and 4 eggs laid in and then she never returned to hatch them. But I found 2 of the eggs had small holes punched in I presume by the wren that nested in another house 100 feet away. Anyway I heard wrens would do this kind of thing. The other house had a nest started in it and no eggs in it, maybe later. Not bad for my first year of putting up the boxes. Nice picture Ma! wtnhunt
Nice pic HuntnMa. We have a bluebird house in the front yard that the birds have used for years. We also have a nesting spot in our shed, of all places right next to my fence charger, that has had birds for the past 4 or 5 years.
Tominator
Good stuff. I didn't have any nesters last year. I've heard one this year so far.

Shaun_300
Cool pic! We always had robins nesting in our juniper trees back when we had them. I remember going out and watching them when I was a kid. I'd tweet at the little ones and they'd look up and open their little yaps up wide, thinking momma was back with some food. :D
Alisha
I'm SO jealous! I am really hoping that when I move to NS and we get our big yard all fixed up that I can put up a few houses and entice one to nest there. I just love em!
