Switchback29A1
Obviously these are the two most common scopes for muzzleloaders these days. Which one do you guys like, pro's and con's, clarity, low light visability, etc...
fly
I went with the ultimateslam last year. I'm very pleased with my Nikon Buckmaster, but it doesn't have the BDC reticle. I believe both the ultimateslam and Nikon to be great scopes. I personally like the reticle on the Ultimateslam better and it was a little cheaper since it was on sale. VermontHunter
I have the Nikon BDC mounted on my TC Triumph and love it, it's very bright and clear, and the yeardage reticles actually were right on after sighting it in. As for the Leupold Ultimateslam, I can't comment on it as I've never owned one or used one, but I will say that Leupold has always produced some very fine scopes, and I can't see where you would go wrong with either of these choices .. Good Luck with the scope hunting ..
