redkneck
Looks like a piece of junk. You should smoke some ribs and bring down for further analysis. Hope it does good for you.

Nice smoker, just remember to go slowwwwwwww. Thanks,I forgot how to do it.Mayby I need to lay off the cold ones while building fires and playing on the computer.I was going to buy a masterbuilt electric smoker but decided on this baby instead,it is small enough ti fit on my back porch with both of my gas grills and will be meore fun this summer to sit out back and watch.I bought a pork roast to start off with,I think it is a 4.5lb boston butt roast.I plan on smokeing it either tommorrow or monday, hope I can get pics of it up. Probably pick up some ribs from sams club tomorrow. Seems like since the swine flu scare pork prices have been down a bit. Congratulations on the smoker. HUNTINGMAN
Yea,its smaller than what I seen in your pics.I was going to get a masterbuilt electric and then found this baby. Its just the right size for my porch,a bigger one would be nice but I dont have the need or the room for one. When we have parties we fire up my dads,he has a big one.
