Indy-Travis
Hey guys, been thinking about getting a compact/sub-compact carry auto, 9mm. Any one have any experience with either/both guns? I have narrowed what I think I want down to these two, but have not gotten a chance to compare them side by side yet. Just wondering what anyone thinks who has shot or owned them. Strut10
My bro-in-law has the M&P Compact in 40 S&W. Nice piece. You definitely wouldn't go wrong there if the gun fits you. No experience with the CZ.
johnf
Don't know about those, but the wife shoots a G26 and loves it.
Washi
I prefer the CZ style pistols but that doesn't mean you will.
Indy-Travis
Thanks guys. I have always been a revolver guy, and my only auto is a 1911. I guess the major difference is exposed hammer vs. striker fired, which I have no experience with. I hope to get a chance to shoot both before I decide. jared264mag
I shoot a M & P .40 S & W, my dad has a Glock in 9mm over all they are a lot alike neither has a hammer or a true safety but for personal protection and just for shooting I like them both, they are great hand guns
strongdeer
I shoot anM&P .tho in .45, and it has performed flawlessly for me. I am also a big fan of CZ guns. One of the most underrated Mfgs. of firearms. I have owned two and my father owns one and they are very accurate and reliable. One benefit that you may gain with the M&P is a lighter weight to carry around.

You will also get three size grips for the m&p so you can get mor of a custom fit.I have the large frame version and love it.
