HitRmisS
My parents and I are planning a trip to Nashville June 22nd-26th and were looking for a place to hire a fishing guide somewhere in Tennessee or Arkansas preferably for smallouth/largemouth and a lake with good mountain scenery. Anyone have suggestions?
longbeardfever4ever
Little Rock, Is in Arkansas, as is Table Rock i think. Little Rock has a good population of both. Never been there, but i do know it is popular...
Ambuscher
Tablerock is in the NW corner, and is an awsome lake. I think there is a few guides around here. As far as I am concerned it is one of the better bass lakes in AR.
Jeramie
Table rock is a beautiful lake and also has trout in abundance. However, dont rule out Beaver. It has a ton of good fishing too!
Ambuscher
I have better luck on Tablerock. Beaver is clearer than Tablerock and harder to fish. LOL
High Country
If you are really into smallies consider Dale Hollow Lake on the Kentucky/Tennessee line... I have had a lot of enjoyable trips on Cherokee Lake as well...and have caught more variety of fish on a single trip than anywhere else (...largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, striper, black/white crappie, blue gill, channel catfish, drum...)
