WIwhitetailhunter
The story on these guys was posted in the past. Just saw this on the web. I'm confused. Apparently, here in WI you can "hunt" with a snowmobile? http://www.channel3000.com/news/19737848/detail.html Maybe my problem not "shooting" any deer is because my weapon of choice didn't go very fast. JimT
Guys a jerk..Plain and simple. As an avid snowmobiler I can say thats not the norm. They should throw him in the clink and throw away the key. Aparently the judge is not to bright either??????? fly
So he got out of the felony because he was "hunting". It wasn't even deer season. I guess the next step will be that a murderer gets off because he was "hunting" deer in July and mistakenly thought the four people he shot were deer.
camoman1
How on earth can anybody in their right mind believe that a person driving a stolen snowmobile in the middle of the nite, rounding up deer, running them over and tying one to tree..all while trespassing, POSSIBLY think that is " hunting"?? Oh wait I have an opinion on that...some knucklehead anti hunter judge want to be able to label these idiots as "hunters" to make the rest of us look bad!! Sorry for venting...but that whole deal just irritates me!!!

RangerClay
That is just wrong.:bang: I don't understand? He was charged with hunting out of season but he was hunting with a snowsled? This is stupid!

gzilla45
This is horrible. I don't understand how they can say they were hunting when it wasn't even deer season. I'm going to have to find out who this judge is and get the word out that he/she needs to go.

Sounds like another court case of "you owe me a favor" or something...that or the judge is a fellow methhead... BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a crock! bluelund79
Wow, yet another reason on why I won't retire in this state. The justice system is really becoming a joke...Time to ensure that "judge" on the bench is NOT re-elected...How can you be "hunting"(out of season-POACHING) with snowmobiles, tie a deer to a tree, shred one to pieces with the tracks-AND GET AWAY WITH IT.
