Store your movie in a file>programs>Windows Movie Maker> and follow the instructions. If you want to edit analog video on your PC it must be run through a analog to DV converter ( Link to several different solutions ). I have never used one but I would check out the Pinnacle/Dazzle line of products. You can get them pretty reasonable on ebay. If you are looking for a company that will do it for you do a google search for edting companies, but I don't think it is very cheap.
