stevebeilgard Posted June 22, 2009 Report Share Posted June 22, 2009 by military rules, people are to be addressed as sir or m'am once they attain the rank of officer or above. pelosi is there, so he was calling her what he is supposed to address her as. he showed great restraint and etiquette. at least more than i would have.
