One thing I'm sick of hearing is the excuse "well Cory Dillon wasn't playing".....sorry but the Pats won the first 14 games of the streak without him and only 7 with him.......He had no bearing on the WHOOPING the pats got. Roethlisberger is 19 - 0 in his last 19 starts going back to his senior year at Miami (Ohio).......This guy is just what the Steelers needed. I can safetly say it won't be a Super Bowl Ring. Unless Bradshaw misplaced his. That would make sense. Enjoy it while you can boys, you guys aren't going anywhere in the playoffs. Trust me And by the way, I'm taking wagers on that one!!!! And I don't want to hear how you guys beat the Eagles and the Pats. Yes, that was impressive, but when it comes to crunch time, the fat old running back you guys have down there won't even gain a yard. The Steeler's have a very easy schedule remaining, so remember don't get to excited when you keep winning. First, if your going to use criminal and linebacker in the same sentence you better be referring to the Ravens. Second, I'll admit Porter was a moron for getting in a situation like that...but if I recall correctly there was also a Cleveland Brownie throwing punches too (even though none of them landed). Oh by the way, speaking of class...maybe someone should tell a certain lineman to stop yacking about tearing off Roethlisberger's head when he only has 8 tackles for the whole season. Thirdly, not only are the Steelers the best team in the league, but that "fat old running back" ran for over 100 yards (for the second straight week) against the brownies and is second in the NFL in TD's.....and he's not even the starter. Perhaps you have heard of Duce Staley...he ran for over 100 yards in the first meeting by the way. Also, dont worry about the Steelers exiting the playoffs in the first round because they will have a first round bye. Lastly, I haven't missed a game in....well....I can't remember..years and years. Steelers fans stick with the team through the good and bad just like you brownie fans. Difference is we tend to have way more good then bad!! What more would you expect from a guy that was drafted by good ol' Butchy. They're both worthless. There is always a debate between what wins; the coach or the talent. Well the Browns have neither, so I don't know. What we do have is a bad coach that can't judge talent. And that's not a winning combination. Cowher is the man, and he is the only reason the Steelers are where they are. He's creative and knows how to use the talent he's got (Like Randle 'El). The league will catch up with Rothelissberger, trust me you guys aren't going anywhere in the playoffs. But at least your team is going to get there. That's more than I can say for the Brownies. Still you Pittsburghians don't even recognize when you have a good thing. The guy has one off season and you call for his head. Trust me he's a keeper, I'll trade you Butch Davis for him anyday. Their is just friendly ribbing going on, and it should never go any farther than that! There has been a long rivalry between both these teams. But just like your Browns team member made the comment about taking a cheap shot at Ben during the week! Then your guy went up and spit into Porters face. I realize their is a lot of trash talking going on. But this behavior is not acceptable! I don't care what team it came from! Like I said, its just a game. Not life or death! And I'm not sure who is going to do it....because nobody has so far...including 2 super bowl favorites. I dont know how the league will catch up with Big Ben either....Parcells couldnt...Bellichek couldnt....Reid couldnt....who is going to catch him then? I think most fans realize there is a good thing going here. I was certainly not one calling for Cowher's head last year. Never have, never will as long as he is here. I'd take him over any coach in the league any day of the week. And it's not only him, it's the offensive and defensive coordinators as well. The Steelers our a good team, but they're not as good as the Colts, or the Pats, and yes I know that the Steelers beat the Pats. But like Bobby Knight always used to say, "what the **** does that have to do with the next time we play them." The first time anybody plays a new quarterback, they don't know what to expect. They'll all figure him out soon enough. I think you guys are close, but I just don't think you'll be able to win it with a rookie QB. I know you guys think he's the second coming, but he'll come back to earth, the only problem is he's going to get better and better. And appreciate your o-line, ours has turned a Pro-Bowl QB into the worst rated passer in the league. I know Garcia is not what is used to be, but he deserves better than this. That's really the biggest difference with the Steelers this year. Cleveland doesnt look like they have squat for an o-line. You couldn't be more right, we have everything we would need to be competitive on offense and our defense isn't that bad ( they'd do alot better if they weren't always on the field) What is so frustrating about the o-line situation, is that it's been horrible since the team came back and they refuse to do anything about it. As a matter of fact, the organization hasn't done anything that made since that I can remember. Even when we draft a potential superstar (Winslow) they use him on special teams and he gets knocked out for the season. Ah, the life of a Browns fan. I gotta admit though, all these injuries are going to catch up eventually. 2 more big ones today, Bell and Burress. We can do without Bell, but it was quite obvious the offense was completely off track when Burress went out of the game. His injury could be huge. On a side note, Farrior is a monster!!
