Rhino
My biggest bird this past season was my last bird in my 3 bird MS bag limit. I didn't weigh him but he has 1 1/4" and 1 1/8" spurs slinging that thin 10 3/4" beard around.

Rhino
that gobble tube you got there does it actually work?? I wouldn't have put it in the picture if I hadn't used it to help me coax that bird into range. This bird was hung up and I used that gobble call to break him off the line in the sand so to speak that he had drawn. The last call he heard from me was a gobble. My gobble call also helped me bag my 2nd bird of this past season too. Mater of fact most every season at least one bird is tricked for me thanks to the help of a gobble call. I probably use a gobble call a lot more than the average turkey hunter and there are times when it's definately made the difference between calling a bird into range or heading back to the truck empty handed. I believe I've had a part in making some other turkey hunters on this forum believers too. It certainly put a smile on my face reading about how it made the difference. You might want to do a search for some of the successful turkey hunt stories from this past season. There was also a thread or 2 where we talked about gobble calls.
