12-point
pretty comfortable there any good archer knows to angle your bow into the wind and smoke the green two bc this bruiser has the guilty face
Ohiobucks
I like to make this game a little more interesting. Not only do you have to pick a spot but you have to make the decision whether or not you would even take the shot. I have been keeping some pics I've seen to do this with so bear with me there will probably be 10 or more of these pick a spot games.................Enjoy:hammer1: On your way into your stand this bruiser stands up at 28 yards. You try to steady yourself as the crosswind is blowing about 15 mph.....................What do you do? No shot. Skipper for me. I think redkneck is on to something here...... :clown: Edited December 2, 2009 by Ohiobucks
redkneck
But you know, if you look at him in a certain light, he does look bigger. Just turn your monitor at a 45 angle.... and squint... a lot. :D What are friends for?
Ethan Givan
No shot for me. He is ready to get out of there, and he will probably jump the string. Good chance of missing or hitting him high.

buckee
Yep, I'd take that shot. Second yellow from the bottom, and he's mine.

The gist of this thread returning is to celebrate Tominator's recent buck kill. Certainly not the biggest buck in Ohio, but certainly one that many would be super proud of in many parts of this country...
The Kid
yellow two from the bottom with my bow i wouldn't have no problem going threw both shoulders at 25 yards

Bow in hand, I'd probably still skip that buck. First day of gun season, on my new land, that deer's getting shot. Tom's joke would be funnier if he even had one 150" deer on the wall, let alone two like I do. He's got to get his jollies somehow.

Funny, the boys didn't come rushing out to get their pictures taken with this one, even they thought it was a skipper...... BTw--I don't know what comraderey is. Boy, you got that right...... brendonp
On the way in with pack on, binocs on chest; makes this a tough one. Wait for him to make a mistake: turn his head, move that left front leg. I would be ready for him to do anything. If I can get everything aligned the exact middle of the diagonal line between 2nd from bottom green, and 3rd from bottom blue.
hunter83
Being that he is not quite completely broadside, a little quartering to, I would go with the 3rd yellow dot down. It's low enough to compensate for the drop, and it's also just enough behind the shoulder to get both lungs.
