Tom2008
3rd yellow from the bottom. It'll go right up into those vitals and lodge into the off shoulder.

Dakota
2nd to the bottom yellow. That's a shot that will definitely produce a trophy for the wall and backstraps for the grill. Dakota

Ethan Givan
tom 2008, why would you ever intentionally want to lodge the arrow in the opposite shoulder??? I dont think he intentionlly wants the arrow to lodge in the off shoulder...but if you shoot that deer through the boiler room there is a good chance it will. In fact aiming for that off shoulder would be a good choice.
The Kid
just a hair to the left of the 2nd to the bottom green on any quarting away shot you shoot for the opposite shoulder,, lights out good night sweetheart
illinoisbonesticker
3rd red from the top, great angle and alot better chance of a good lung hit and a complete pass threw, w/o hitting the opposite shoulder!

MonsterBuck48
heres a good example of aiming low on a buck that knows something is wrong just watch how far his back drops, some shots would just go right over the back..
Tominator
Hmmmm......... :clown: Hey AF, Don't you have anything better to do? Oh, BTW--what forum room is this in? That's right, bowhunting. What did I shoot my skipper with? That's right, not a bow. DB Why don't you make an effort to sell a control panel today, you know, contribute to society. The Kid
heres a good example of aiming low on a buck that knows something is wrong just watch how far his back drops, some shots would just go right over the back.. you CAN'T aim low just to anticipate a deer ducking your arrrow this to me is very bad situation if you think u know the deer is spooked you can't do this because if you think hes gonna duck your saying your baiscally guessing on where he is going to be?? to me this is an unethical shot? and if you feel the the deer will duck then you shouldn't shoot,, what happens when you aim low and the deer doesn't duck and you hit him low?? to low to hit any of the vitals,,, never guess where the deer is going to be

If the deer ducks your gonna smoke the lungs.....if he doesn't, your on track for a heart shot or a miss low. How is this unethical???? I think it is very ethical, and I know alot of hunters ( many in here ) that practice shooting this very same way.
brendonp
Let him grow till next year. If it was necessary to take him, then it would be 2nd from bottom green.
